The Process

  4. Preparation: Approximately two weeks prior to the sale dates, TOZ swings into action. We’ll meticulously organize the contents, capture advertising photos, and price items for optimal appeal.
  5. Advertising: TOZ takes charge of advertising, ensuring that the sale receives wide exposure across various platforms to attract potential buyers.
  6. Sale Management: Led by TOZ’s owner, each sale is managed with precision, supported by a team of professionally trained staff dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.
  7. Post-Sale Disposal: Within three days of sale completion, we collaborate with you to determine the best disposal path for any remaining items. Whether it’s liquidation, donation, or sale to a third-party vendor, we’ll guide you through the process.
  8. Cleanup: TOZ ensures that the residence is left “broom-swept” clean, relieving you of any cleanup responsibilities.
  9. Accounting: Within 72 hours of sale completion, we provide a preliminary account report. A final report is then provided after all items have been appropriately disposed of, giving you a clear overview of the sale outcomes.
