Like New Treasures on the Westside

Treasures of Zeus’ next estate sale is on the westside of Albuquerque. This two story townhome was used as an executive/movie short-term rental unit, so the contents was gently used and the residence was non-smoking with no pets.  This sale includes furniture, general decor, art, electronics, etc.  Some of the highlights are: 

• Furniture and fixtures include full size metal bed, leather sofa with a matching side chair, painted furniture pieces (desk, bookcase, dresser), dining table, folding chairs, side chairs, metal bench with fabric top, barstools, entry table, nesting tables, etc.. 
• Decorative items three International Balloon Fiesta poster, other southwest themed posters and paintings, a copper water fountain, a nice assortment of indoor and outdoor rugs, flower arrangements, as well as other art and decorative decor. 
• Linens include blankets, sheets, towels, hand towels, table clothes, placemats, napkins, etc. 
• Electronics include 2 Samsung TVs, a DVD player, clock radio, paper shedder, etc. 
• Kitchen items include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, 2 toasters, a blender, a crockpot, a tea kettle, pots and pans, baking pans, set of Fiesta ware, drinking glasses, flatware, wide assortment of cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc.
• Outdoor items and tools include a patio table with 4 chairs, assortment of flower pots, yard and cleaning tools, short step ladder, cleaning and yard chemicals, etc.
• Other items include a small assortment of books, games, DVDs, office supplies, a rolling wood filing cabinet, 2 undermount keyboards, and MORE.

NOTES:
1) The furniture is available for purchase in advance of the actual Estate Sale.  Therefore, some of the items listed or pictured may be sold prior to Saturday morning.  We will do our best to update the photos as larger items are sold.
2) This townhouse is located at the end of a very short narrow lane.  Therefore, visitors will be directed to park west of the house on Setaria Rd NW or Stipa St. NW.   
3) PLEASE do not block the neighbors’ driveways or the intersection.
4) The buyer is responsible for removing all purchased items, but we will assist in taking them to your vehicle.
5)  Please bring help to move and load large and/or heavy items. Vehicles will be allowed to park near the home to load larger items.
